Huawei's New MatePad SE 10.4-inch Tablet Goes on Sale Tonight


Huawei's latest tablet offering, the MatePad SE 10.4-inch tablet computer, will be available for purchase starting tonight. The first sale will offer the 4GB+128GB WiFi version at a price of 1199 yuan. This new tablet computer comes equipped with several features and specifications that make it an attractive option for consumers in the market for a new tablet.

Features and Specifications

The MatePad SE 10.4-inch tablet computer comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 chip, which includes 4×Cortex A73 2.4GHz + 4×Cortex A53 1.9GHz. The device boasts a 10.4-inch 2K eye protection full screen that has been upgraded to HarmonyOS 3 system. It supports up to 1TB microSD memory card expansion and comes with a matte metal body. The tablet is also equipped with four speakers, a 7700mAh battery, and provides a one-stop learning platform for children. Additionally, the main camera has a 5-megapixel sensor (F2.2, auto focus), and there is a 5-megapixel camera (F2.2, fixed focal length) as well.

The tablet offers a charging time of less than 4.0 hours and a theoretical talk time of about 38 hours, or approximately 800 hours of standby time. It provides USB 2.0, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and is compatible with Bluetooth 5.0 and 5G WiFi. It also supports Huawei Histen 8.0 sound effects, weighs about 468g, and is 7.85mm thick.

Pricing

The MatePad SE 10.4-inch tablet comes in three different versions, all of which offer the same 6GB+128GB memory. However, the first sale will only offer the 4GB+128GB WiFi version for 1199 yuan. The 6GB+128GB WiFi version will be available for a first sale price of 1399 yuan. The 6GB+128GB Full Netcom version will sell for 1699 yuan, but the first sale price has not yet been announced.
