Huawei's Richard Yu to Attend OpenHarmony Technology Summit


The OpenHarmony Technology Summit, sponsored by the OpenHarmony Technical Steering Committee and organized by Huawei, will take place on February 25th in Shenzhen. The event will feature a host of industry leaders discussing the current state of technology and exploring the direction of next-generation technologies. Huawei's Richard Yu, the CEO of Terminal BG and the smart car solution BU, will participate in the main forum meeting.

Guest Lineup and Forum Topics

In addition to Yu, other industry leaders scheduled to attend the OpenHarmony Technology Summit include Wang Huaimin, Professor of National University of Defense Technology, Sun Wenlong, Chairman of the Open Atom Open Source Foundation, and Chen Haibo, Chairman of the OpenHarmony Technical Steering Committee and Chief Scientist of Huawei Basic Software. Hou Peixin, Chairman of the OpenHarmony Working Committee, Ren Gelin of the OpenHarmony Project Management Committee, Chinese Academy of Sciences Wu Yanjun, and others will also be in attendance.

The summit will cover a range of topics, with six sub-forums dedicated to computing, programming languages and application frameworks, and developer tools. The event will also include an interactive exhibition area showcasing the achievements of the OpenHarmony ecological community, as well as the release of the OpenHarmony University Technology Club Starlight Plan.

OpenHarmony Operating System

OpenHarmony is an open source project incubated and operated by the Open Atom Open Source Foundation. Its goal is to build a framework and platform for the operating system of intelligent terminal equipment based on the open source method, to promote the prosperity and development of the Internet of Everything industry. The summit aims to demonstrate the technological innovation of the OpenHarmony operating system to the world.
