Philips unveils its latest display: Evnia 34M2C8600


Philips has launched its latest display, the Evnia 34M2C8600. The monitor uses Samsung QD-OLED panel and offers a 1800R curvature with a resolution of up to 3440 x 1440. It supports a refresh rate of 175Hz and is priced at €1299.

Details of the Evnia 34M2C8600The display provides 97.8% coverage of the AdobeRGB color space, 10bit color depth, 0.1ms response time, and 450 nits of brightness. Additionally, it is DisplayHDR True Black 400 certified. The monitor is designed to offer excellent image quality and exceptional color accuracy.

Adjustable base

The base supports 150mm of height adjustment, -/+ 20 degrees left and right swivel adjustment and -5 / 20 degrees tilt angle. The monitor has a HAS stand which makes it easy to adjust the display to your preferred viewing angle.

Ports and connectivity

The Evnia 34M2C8600 features two HDMI 2.0 interfaces, a DisplayPort 1.4, and USB Type-C that supports 90W power supply. While the HDMI 2.0 interface supports a refresh rate of up to 100 Hz, the DisplayPort 1.4 and USB Type-C ports support a refresh rate of 175Hz.

Additional features

The monitor comes with a USB Type-A hub with six ports, dual stereo 5W speakers that support DTS sound effects, and a KVM switch.

Price and availability

The Evnia 34M2C8600 was launched in October 2020, and Philips has only recently released detailed information about the monitor. It is currently available for purchase at a price of €1299.
