Silicon Motion unveils PCIe 4.0 SSD controller SM2268XT


Silicon Motion, a leader in flash storage technologies, has announced the release of its latest PCIe 4.0 SSD controller, the SM2268XT. This new controller supports the latest 3200 MT/s NAND and is capable of delivering blazing-fast sequential read and write speeds of 7400 MB/s and 6500 MB/s, respectively. The SM2268XT is also equipped to handle TLC and QLC flash memory.
