Xiaomi Poco India announces release of Poco C55 Mobile Phone

Xiaomi Poco India has announced the release of the Poco C55 mobile phone, which will be available for purchase in India starting February 21. The phone is expected to have a faux leather back panel with a camera module that spans the width of the smartphone. It will have a dual camera system on the left and a large Poco logo on the right.

Design and Features

The Poco C55 mobile phone will have a plain leather back shell design with faux seams running vertically through the middle. It will also have a rear fingerprint recognition system, LED flash, and an "AI" circle. The camera module of the phone is similar to the Redmi 12C mobile phone, which suggests that the Poco C55 may be a rebranded version of the Redmi 12C model.

The Poco C55 will have a 6.71-inch 720x1650 LCD touchscreen, MediaTek Helio G85 SoC, 4GB/6GB RAM, and 64GB/128GB storage. The phone will also have a rear 50MP main camera and an 8MP depth camera, as well as a front 5MP selfie camera. The phone will be powered by a 5000mAh battery with 10W wired charging.

Compared to the Poco C50 phone, the Poco C55 will have a larger display, a better chip, more RAM and storage, and a higher-megapixel main camera.

Color Options

The company has teased a green model, but there may be more color options available for the Poco C55 mobile phone.

Price and Availability

The price of the Poco C55 mobile phone has not been officially announced yet. However, it is expected to be priced similarly to the Redmi 12C model. The phone will be available for purchase in India starting February 21.
