OnePlus, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer, has announced the release of its latest flagship phone, the OnePlus 11 Jupiter Rock Limited Edition. The company claims that this edition is unique as it uses a material that has never been used before in the smartphone industry - 3D microcrystalline rock. The phone will be launched at 14:30 on March 29.
Unprecedented Material
The OnePlus 11 Jupiter Rock Limited Edition is the first smartphone to use 3D microcrystalline rock as its material. The president of OnePlus China, Li Jie, said that the material has never been used in the entire 3C industry. The production process for this material is extremely difficult, which is why the production efficiency is only 1/4 of that of glass, and the yield is only 1/2 of that of glass.
Li Jie stated that the company had to develop a new production line from scratch to produce the material. The company had to adopt a brand-new process and production line to ensure the maximum expression of Jupiter's great and romantic beauty, unique feel, excellent texture, and reliability. They have exclusively developed nine major processes, including "natural graining," to make this material satisfy product requirements.
Aesthetics and Texture
