OneBook, a Chinese manufacturer of small form factor laptops, has launched the OneMix 5 2-in-1 laptop overseas. The new laptop features a 10.1-inch LTPS display with a resolution of 2560 x 1600, and is powered by an Intel Core i7-1250U processor. It also comes with 16GB or 32GB of LPDDR5-5200 memory, and supports up to 4TB of PCIe 4.0 solid state storage.
The OneMix 5 is a convertible laptop, meaning that it can be used in both tablet and laptop mode. To switch between modes, simply pull the screen towards the body of the laptop and lay it flat on the keyboard. The laptop also comes with a 4096-level pressure-sensitive stylus for taking notes or drawing.
In terms of connectivity, the OneMix 5 features a USB 4 Type-C port, a USB 3.2 Type-C port, a USB 3.2 Type-A port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a Micro SD card slot, WiFi 6E, and Bluetooth 5.2.
The OneMix 5 is currently available for pre-order overseas, with prices starting at $999. The laptop is expected to start shipping in August 2023.
