Xiaomi has released the international version of Android 14 Beta test, which supports the Xiaomi 13, Xiaomi 13 Pro, and Xiaomi 12T models. The beta test is open to interested partners, who can apply for it.
MIUI 15, the next major version of Xiaomi's custom Android skin, is expected to be based on Android 14. It is rumored to bring AI-generated wallpapers, as well as many visual improvements, such as more advanced system animations, redesigned gesture navigation, and more.
Android 14 itself is also expected to bring a number of new features, such as the ability to prevent the installation of legacy applications, support for turning off animations when entering the lock screen password, and improved privacy and security features.
The international version of the Android 14 Beta test is currently only available for the Xiaomi 13, Xiaomi 13 Pro, and Xiaomi 12T models. However, it is likely that more Xiaomi phone models will be supported in future beta tests.
