Xulu, a Chinese PC maker, has launched a new mini PC called the XR1. The XR1 is powered by an AMD Ryzen 7 5800U processor, which is a 15W octa-core chip with a base clock speed of 1.8 GHz and a boost clock speed of 4.4 GHz. The XR1 also has 8GB of DDR4 RAM and a 256GB PCIe NVMe SSD.
The XR1 has a small form factor, measuring just 117 x 117 x 45 mm. It has two HDMI ports, two USB 3.0 ports, a USB-C port, an RJ45 Ethernet port, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The XR1 also has a built-in Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0 adapter.
The XR1 is currently on Kickstarter, where it is priced starting at $299. The campaign has already raised over $100,000, and it is scheduled to ship in October 2023.
