Vivo, a leading global smartphone brand, today announced the launch of its latest flagship smartphones, the vivo X100 and X100 Pro. The new devices are designed to deliver exceptional performance, cutting-edge photography capabilities, and a sleek and stylish design.

A New Era of Performance with Dimensity 9300

At the heart of the vivo X100 series is the world's first Dimensity 9300 mobile platform, jointly developed by vivo and MediaTek. This powerful chipset boasts a full-core CPU, a 12-core flagship GPU, and an APU790 with a built-in generative AI engine. This combination ensures smooth and responsive performance, even for the most demanding tasks.

Unleashing Photographic Creativity

The vivo X100 series elevates mobile photography to new heights with its impressive imaging capabilities. The vivo X100 features a Zeiss super telephoto lens with f/2.57 super large aperture, offering 85.5% more light input compared to the previous generation. The vivo X100 Pro, on the other hand, boasts an IMX989 precision jump one-inch outsole main camera, capable of directionally correcting offset light for improved image quality and clarity.

In addition to these impressive main cameras, both models feature a variety of other lenses, including a newly customized IMX920 super-sensitive VCS bionic main camera and a telephoto lens certified by Zeiss APO. These lenses work together to capture stunning images in a wide range of lighting conditions.

Enhanced Battery Life and Display

The vivo X100 series comes equipped with vivo's self-developed Blue Ocean battery, ensuring long-lasting performance throughout the day. The standard version features a battery with an equivalent capacity of 5000mAh, while the Pro model boasts a 5400mAh battery. Both models support 120W dual-core flash charging, providing quick and convenient power ups.

The devices also feature a 6.78-inch 2800×1260 Super Retina 8T eye-protecting slightly curved screen with a peak brightness of up to 3000nit. The screen supports a 3-times higher frame rate compared to the previous generation, delivering a smooth and responsive viewing experience.

New OriginOS 4 Operating System

The vivo X100 series runs on vivo's new OriginOS 4 operating system, which has been comprehensively upgraded with more than 200 commonly used functions. The OS provides a user-friendly interface and a variety of new features, including a weather screen off, a scene wallpaper specifically designed for the 8T screen, and a full-link parking assistant.
