Sony ditches PlayStation at CES 2024, focuses on electric vehicle with Honda

Sony is heading to CES 2024, but don't expect any news about new PlayStations. Instead, the company will be focusing on its partnership with Honda to create a new electric vehicle called the Afeela.

The Afeela is an interesting concept that combines Sony's consumer electronics, entertainment, and sensor technology with Honda's 60 years of experience in the automotive industry. The result is a car that is packed with features, including touchscreens that replace all of the traditional buttons and dials, and a PlayStation 5 that allows you to play games while you're on the go (via PlayStation Plus streaming).

While it's unlikely that we'll see any new PlayStation hardware at CES 2024, there is a chance that Sony will talk about some new games or accessories. However, it's more likely that the company will use the event to focus on its other businesses, such as its growing movie and television production studios.
