Galaxy Z Flip 6 Might Get Even Bigger Cover Screen, According to Rumor

A new rumor has surfaced, suggesting the Z Flip 6 could sport an even bigger cover screen.

Last year, Samsung made a significant leap in cover screen size for the Z Flip lineup, going from a 1.9-inch display on the Z Flip 4 to a 3.4-inch display on the Z Flip 5. However, a new leak from @TheGalox_ claims the Z Flip 6 might push the boundaries even further with a 3.9-inch cover screen. This seems surprising considering leaked renders for the Z Flip 6 previously showed a 3.4-inch screen. Two significant design changes in consecutive years wouldn't be typical for Samsung's release strategy.

The rumor mill also suggests a 50MP + 12MP dual-camera setup on the back of the Z Flip 6, along with Gorilla Glass Armor for the cover screen. While a 50MP main camera aligns with expectations, Gorilla Glass Armor seems less likely.

Under the hood, the Z Flip 6 is expected to pack a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 For Galaxy processor, potentially paired with 12GB of RAM and an improved cooling system. Other rumored features include a 4,000mAh battery, a refined hinge design, an optimized internal layout, and extended software support with seven years of Android OS updates.

It's important to remember that these specifications are based on rumors, and official details from Samsung haven't been revealed yet. While a bigger cover screen might enhance usability, it's wise to wait for Samsung's official announcement to get the full picture.
